Medical/Surgical Department. One full-time day shift position (36-hours per week)-$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time position-works 7:00 am to 7:00 pm; two part-time night shift positions (24 hours per week)-works 12-hour shifts 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Also multiple on-call positions available. Works one 12-hour shift per month plus one holiday per year. Utilizes the nursing process to provide and direct quality patient care in various settings: Med/Surg, Swing Bed, OB, SCU, ER, Outpatient, and Perioperative. Directs and provides patient/family teaching. Provides leadership when working with health team members in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Must be a graduate from an approved Professional Nursing program. Must be a Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Iowa. Certification in Basic Life Support is required within 3 months of date of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 12 months of date of hire.
