Dietary Department. Part-time position (24 hours per week). Works 6:00 am to 2:30 pm OR 10:30 am to 7:00 pm three days per week (may work extra days as needed); works every third weekend; rotates holidays. Performs a variety of food service tasks to ensure deliverance of meals/food for patients, cafeteria, and special meetings throughout the health system. Sets up cafeteria for breaks and meals; serves customers; runs cash register; washes dishes, stocks supplies; cleans; delivers patient trays to floor; operates the dish machine; stocks supplies; general duties as assigned. One year of food service experience is desirable, but not required. Must have a general knowledge of cooking and using kitchen machines and equipment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
