Behavioral Health Department. Full-time position (40 hours per week). Works Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for patient recovery. Performs a variety of patient care and departmental activities directly related to the Community Support Services (CSS) programs which include but are not limited to: BHIS (Behavioral Health Intervention Service), IPR (Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation), and SCL (Supportive Community Living); provides on-call services in rotation with other Behavioral Health practitioners; documentation; data entry; case management; provides support to Behavioral Health Operations Coordinator, Behavioral Health Director, and practitioners. Previous Human Service(s) experience required. Utilizes and builds upon knowledge acquired through formal education; possesses technical skills and knowledge of screening/assessment mechanisms and data analysis/entry necessary to comply with program expectations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, counseling, social work, criminal justice, etc) with one year Human Services experience preferred.
