Public Health Department. Part-time position (24 hours/three days per week). Provides coordination and supervision of the daily operations of HMS Learning for Life programming; assures adherence of the Parents as Teachers model affiliate with PAT essential requirements and IFSTAN credentialing standards; monitors quality performance goals and objectives; implements and maintains an appropriate learning environment for families and children; supervises and coaches/ trains home visiting educators through staff meetings, observation, and individual reflective supervision in collaboration with local Public Health Administrators. One of the following qualifications is required for this position: advanced degree in a health, education, or human services field; a bachelor’s degree in a health, education, or human services field and two years’ experience working with children and families; or an associate’s degree in a health, education, or human service field and four years experience working with children and families. Completion of the Parents as Teachers Foundational and Model Implementation trainings before delivering PAT services is required. Completion of BLS is required.
